Waited 2 hours for a home delivery pizza. They said would be another 45 mins. I said I would come up. In this time the pizza said was delivered but it wasn't. So I paid for a pizza that never arrived.

Order placed at 6.33pm. As at 9.12pm it still hasn't even been made. Say that they can't cancel order and refund because it's through Menu Log. If they can't deliver in a timely fashion, they shouldn't continue taking orders. I'm now eating toast.

App said the food was delivered, nothing was delivered to my house. Had to ring up to make sure the restaurant had the order and it sounded like they had to put it through again, It sucks that if I didn’t ring up I would have wasted $60 or so and no one would have followed up. I doubt I will use Menulog again with this restaurant
