I live in a apartment and always go downstairs to collect my meal.This time the meal was kept outside the main door on the footpath, anybody could have picked it up or mess with it I got a message that it is kept downstairs and I was not looking at my mobile all the time. I did not get a bell ring. I responded to the message, it failed because it was sent from an automatic system. I expect the delivery person to ring the bell and give me at least two minutes so that I can go down.
