Delivery person just left the food at the door step and didn’t ring the door bell, we noticed the parcel after 30 mins; usually menulog delivery person informs us when they arrive.

I had a really bad experience with delivery of my order. I placed order at 610pm and it was delivered to me after 2 hours. The restaurant said the order was ready around 7pm. But no driver was assigned to pick it up. The status was also showing wrongly as restaurant still preparing the order which was misleading.

Menulog customer service is very bad I have been trying to reach from so many hours they are not responding to my wrong items with bad fuckiing taste...they are saying she can't refund because every restraunt has different recipes...who cares what they has if I don't receive the food I ordered
