my dumplings were all in pieces and super soggy the little meat balls inside the dumplings had come out of the skins and the texture of them was horrible.

Accepted the order well over an hour before they shut, marked it as “preparing your order” but food never delivered. Expected delivery was 10:30pm (ordered at 9:30) was marked as delivered at 3:30am. Tried for a refund and was told to “look for my food better”…. At 3:30am!
