However, we have received feedback from other customers about an issue where they receive a notification stating "Enjoy your food" before the order has actually arrived. This is not a system glitch but rather the way Menulog currently operates, and unfortunately, it is beyond our control. Regarding your specific order, it was being delivered from Drysdale to St Leonards, which is approximately a 15-minute drive. However, delivery times may vary based on traffic and other factors. The notification you received saying "Enjoy your food" was triggered when the driver departed, but the order was still en route at that time. I appreciate your understanding, and I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to improve your experience.
