Order delivered cold. Missing items, dumplings container opened, the delivery driver never rang the bell. The restaurant refuses to deliver the order the driver left behind!

Venue didnt see our order until after the pick up time when we were waiting to collect (i also got this feedback form before getting my food which is frustrating, so something with communication between app and restaurant)
