The one star rating is NO reflection on the restaurant. It is a reflection on Menulog and how woeful this service is. The wrong food was delivered to me. I got chicken and chips both of which I hate! This is my first order with menu log. I don't know if the driver got my instructions digitally. They were written on the docket but the docket was scrunched up in the knot of the plastic bag so s/he would not have been able to read them. I instructed "Please deliver to last balcony on driveway. That way you don't have to get off your bike". Instead my food was left on the floor of a common area of a unit block. There was no knock on the door, nothing. Had I not been watching the website, I would not have known my food was delivered, let alone the unhygienic placement on the floor. Please find a way to alert drivers of delivery instructions and please find a way to ensure they follow them. I have ordered two meals this evening. This is the second time my delivery instructions were ignored. For a first impression Menulog is woeful. ...and that is not to mention that the one month free delivery promo which expires in 13 NOT 30 days, is not accepted by all the first choice restaurants I wanted to order from. It will be interesting to see if Menulog makes restitution.

Driver buzzed but didn't come up to my level or my apartment so I had to check the ground floor only to find my food outside the front door.

Fried chicken was dry and under seasoned, lucky I had sauce to give it any flavour, no salt on the chips. The spicy pork bowl was so small that it wouldn't even feed a baby. Overall extremely underwhelming compared to other Korean restaurants in the area. Will never ever purchase anything from the establishment again.
