The driver was a little abrupt. I think he is new to the gig. Wasn’t happy to leave items unattended and was standing waiting and knocking for a while. I couldn’t hear as I was hanging washing out the back and he said he was waiting for 20mins! Which was not true at all. Was approx 5min max… So perhaps more appropriate customer service skills if they can if they are going to wait for you at the door. I guess that is the only concern I had as it’s a stranger at your door being aggressive.
