my pizza was amazing as usual, however the courier was the worst i have had. I was very lucky to head down in the lift when i saw it was on its way, however the courier left the pizza outside the door (building with over 1000 residents) where anyone could have picked it up. I am over the attitudes of some of these delivery people - they dont care who gets the delivery. so much for having to prove they gave it to the correct person

Very unsatisfied with the whole menulog experience. The food took over an hour, was cold and the pizza was missing. Was only credited for the pizza even though we had to order more food as this order took so long and ended up in the bin when it eventually arrived.
