Ordered fish and chips for kids- waited over 2 hours. Called the restaurant and meal was ready within 15mins of order but was not collected. Tried to cancel order but very difficult process online. I had left the address the food was delivered to.

With all due respect! The food was good, I just felt short about the quantity of 2 x beer battered chips that bearly fit the edges of 2 plates and let your otherwise great standard down!
