the food was being prepped forever at the restaurant only for it to arrive fully cold... not even warm but COLD!!! this is very dissapointing

Ordered meal online for delivery-4pmish- took 3hrs to receive our food order - order- combo fish and chips salad n a can drink, fish cocktails, large salad, small Greek salad n 2nd can drink, all chips ruined, salad funky smell everything cold, we call help number for menuelog, received 25$ voucher for a 66$ meal.. ask me if I'm happy about this..usually menuelogs pretty good and on-time and orders are ok.. I am grateful for this service, but please take care of our orders, we appreciate the hard work providing this awesome service, but please take care of our food, we will use your services with a smile and gracious greetings, PLS deliver on-time no spills PLS..
