didn't get what I ordered. not the drivers fault the restaurant either packed it wrong or didn't have what o ordered so just substituted with a cheaper item.

Order marked as “delivered” but never arrived. Menulog was very difficult to resolve this, and the chat (which seems to be an AI) stop responding. I have not received a refund. Fitz Cafe’s food is always amazing, so I’m assuming it would have been delicious, if the order hadn’t been stolen by the courier.

Beautiful toasty and shake as always, but no muffin and didn’t come in it’s stapled bag with receipt. I know that it always comes in a bag from shops, so I’m sure it wasn’t their fault.
