I placed an order for 12.20pm delivery. The restaurant kept pushing delivery out. I contacted Menulog to cancel the order after the restaurant pushed delivery out for the 4th time. Ursula at Menulog said the courier was on their way (@ 12.57pm) the app said its being prepared. I requested a refund. Ursula said the courier was 2 mins away (1pm) and she was giving me a voucher. Again I requested a refund. Then the chat was disconnected. The order was delivered at 1.35pm. I still want a refund.

Food firm but Menulog is a joke. Save yourself the disappointment of your order being delivered extremely late and cold (as the driver seemed to make about 7 stops before delivering mine). Use ubereats, it’s a better experience.
