Didn’t even buzz for delivery simply left on outside of door on rain unattended

The delivery person did not even bother to ring the door bell once. Just left the food outside unattended in cold. Only found out that the food has already been delivered after 25mins after it was already delivered.

The food was not packed properly. I had ordered both vegetarian and non vegetarian options. The goat curry was spilled over all the vegetarian foods and the bag.
