Food was great BUT the driver ignored the specific instructions to hand the delivery to us at the door. This is unacceptable, please EDUCATE your drivers to not ignore specific requests. This is a disability household, there are REASONS for the request!

Unfortunately the delivery was delayed several times after pick up. It was quite clear from the map tracking that this was due to collecting and delivering other orders along the way, however we order ice cream and it meant that when we received it it was melted and must be refrozen before being able to eat it
