lamb hsp texture very soft to eat not some other places with dry old meat . they wrapped it in foil to keep it hot but it was still extremely crispy chips. but i think they forgot to chop up the meat it was long massive strips and not enough sauce so it was a bit lacking flavour and not as easy to dig into especially in a small box like that
