The chicko roll was great, but the chips were soggy and lukewarm 😒. When I pickup the chips, they are crispy and fresh. When delivering, don’t let the order sit and wait for the delivery driver. Make it fresh (at least the chips) while they wait!

Part of my order wasn't delivered so rang the 'restaurant' to organise to come down and pick up the missing items to be told that I'd have to speak to the manager. Asked to speak to the manager however the manager wasn't available until the next day. Awful food (pretty hard to mess up fish & chips), sub-par service and definitely won't be bothering again. Can't rate delivery as the driver didn't bother knocking on the door.

Not a fish and chips experience that I would ever like to have again. The chips we okay no salt no flavour. ordered a crumbed sausage and it wasn't even included the oily fish was over battered and dry as, the dim sim were overcooked and hard as a rock. The pineapple fritter was inedible and smelled terrible. Not coming back again.

We didn’t get everything that was ordered, it was wrapped in paper and had been squashed flat, the batter on the fish stuck to the paper so much that we mostly ate the fish without any batter at all, overall pretty disappointing but we were really hungry so ate it. I’d try somewhere else next time.
