Had very dry chicken my guess it was sitting in the hotbox and wasn’t made fresh very disappointing

The gravy roll was inedible. There was something wrong with the gravy that made it taste like it was full of flour. Very disappointed

Usually good food but today, roast and gravy roll - gravy, thick, salty and a really odd taste. Chips soggy. Gravy with chips like water it was so thin.
