Menulog Driver never came! Ended up picking our food up ourselves 2hours over order time

Excellent as always. Gradually working my way through the menu. Each dish has been exceptional.

Menulog is absolutely hopeless. Food never delivered by Menulog spent 1.5 hours trying to get a refund on food that was never delivered. Will be deleting Menulog app and letting everyone know about my experience. No customer support at all. I want to emphasise this was not the restaurant issue it was solely Menulogs issue with no assistance talking to a robot.
