Thursday 23 May 2024I have ordered the food and it was keeping delayed. the driver didn't delivery to the current place in the end, i dont where the order. when I chatted the support online, he couldn't help and tell me there is nothing he can do as I put down wrong postcode, and he shutted me down the app chat, this is very unacceptable. the driver didn't even call. it waste my money and time.

Friday 05 April 2024Placed an order at 4.30 and watched as the delivery time blew out to 6pm. Was happy to wait but when your food arrives cold and left at the front door without the driver even pressing the doorbell to let me know it was there just topped things off! Not even being heated in the microwave could save it. $85 worth of food fed to the dog or thrown out!
