Left pizza outside the door on the floor, didn’t ring door bell.

Unfortunately the delivery driver left our order on the front mat so we couldn't open the door without knocking the pizzas over. The driver did not ring the doorbell or knock to advise that the food was there. The pizzas were good although we threw out a lot of crusts as they had no topping.
