We specialise in Chinese classic jianbing (jb), Taiwanese bubble teas, French buckwheat galettes and crepes. There is a variety of choices for meat lovers, spicy cravers and vegetarians. Our decadent French galettes and fruity crepes are made from rich buckwheat flour. A naturally gluten-free source offering high-quali protein and fibre.

Griddle King was found in 2014 by three best friends who had a vision. Between them they had a solid set of skills, some serious guts and a truck load of passion. It all began late one night when they came up with an idea of opening up a pop-up jianbing joint embracing the Taiwanese culinary. After popping up in Kings Cross and Kirribilli weekend markets, the first hole-in-the-wall joint in Chippendale was soon opened. This jianbing joint concept was then never stopped.
