My meal wasn’t delivered and maybe the driver should take more time , in getting his deliveries right . Instead of placing my order again, i drove myself to grilled and placed my order again .. Not a happy customer

Delivery time kept changing from 26 minutes to 59 minutes, more than once. Once food arrived it had clearly been made and sitting in the restaurant for over an hour waiting for the driver. The burger buns were hard and crusty and couldn't be eaten, only the inside contents, the chips were cold and soggy. and the dipping sauce had come open and spilled through the bag. Not an enjoyable experience at all

Bread was stale and chips were soggy. We give a little leniency because we will 10-15min drive from the restaurant however the meal (bread and chips) were not great. Driver and delivery was as excepted. Thanks!
