On searching, I finally found our food on top of a high letterbox wall. - I could barely reach it and food was cold. My daughter had fallen asleep hungry and crying. Phone was beside me all night. Never an issue in the past – delivery person at fault

It was OK, but not as great as usual. The burger and chips were barely warm and not as hot as I would have liked or expected. As this restaurant is literally 2 minutes away from me. There was quite a delay from when they said the driver was on the way to getting it. The paper bag was very greasy and it was just in the delivery guys hand not an insulated bag or anything.

I ordered an hour in advance for 5.30 delivery. I called Grill’d at 6 and told they were waiting to be assigned a driver. This finally happened and the food didn’t arrive until 6.44. Cold chips and tired hungry kids. Very bad!

Ordered at 8.30 didn’t get there till 10 o’clock will never order off menu log again my burger was freezing cold and chips were freezing will be requesting a refund.

Ordered 2 meet patties only got 1, Wrong bun selection. Arrived cold. Measly and tired salad. Wrapping was greasy and burger falling out. Disgusted I spent $30.
