a 6 minute delivery took 18 minutes as driver headed in the wrong direction. I suppose delivering somewhere else. Food gets cold.

I tried to cancel this order multiple times and was denied. To then receive cold, disgusting food which was thrown away. I demand a FULL refund, not credit. I even told the person on the chat that it would come cold, which it did. I paid $42.62 for a cold burger, cold and soggy chips, a warm drink and warm separated dips. This is not my fault, so why should i have to pay for food I could not eat. If I do not get a full refund I will be taking this further.
