Delivery time kept being moved out, and when it was delivered it was left at a gate without any notification from the driver. When I eventually found it the food was almost cold.

Delivery guy left it on the street. No knocking on the door, no ringing the bell, not even bothered to open the gate and leave it at the door. Food was left on the street under the rain. On the street.. unbelievable

my items were an hour and 15 minutes late. the restaurant had them ready before the time the driver was meant to arrive. they remade it for me - very kindly so. the driver was still not there at this point. when the meal ordered I asked the driver about it and he shrugged and drove away. this was food for a birthday celebration and my kids missed out eating with their family. it was appalling. I would like a full refund.

The delivery person left the order on the doorstep rather than buzzing my unit. I have mobility problems so having to go downstairs to get it was difficult and not appreciated. The food however, was delicious.
