It was cold food and the HFC was missing the egg we added.

Terrible. The driver was an hit late and we only live 2 minutes from the restaurant. Really poor service. We saw him driving from 2 suburbs away!!

I got someone else order snd as I cannot eat regular bread I could not just settle. I called the store to advise what had happened. they said I could reorder and request a credit. I reordered which the took 1 hour to arrive and was barely warm the chips were very greasy and they gave me the new order and the order that had been delivered to the wrong person who drove it back to the store. Why?? Cannot be consumed after that time. Honestly I would appreciate a refund for both orders.

My order was sitting at the restaurant for pickup for what was probably 40 minutes so. So guess what it arrived late and was inedible. Unfortunately Menulog don’t have a customer friendly way of resolving this - in fact it’s pretty antagonistic.
