This order did not get delivered? How can you say this as I’m am still waiting?????? I’m going to post this on face book and other social media outlets if I don’t get satisfactory answers and my money back.

I made the order at 5.45pm which Menulog cancelled. I ordered again at 6.15pm. Order wasn’t delivered until 7.50pm and it was delivered cold. I only ordered 1 burger

Over two hours late for a burger and chips to be delivered. Meal was found by a neighbour, run over in the driveway. Meal was not left at my door as instructed on the order. Asked Menulog for a full refund as I didn’t get my meal and they gave me a partial CREDIT to Menulog, minus delivery fee. I asked for a full refund not a credit to Menulog, as I won’t be using their services again. The delivery was the biggest issue, why wasn’t I refunded the delivery as well? Rang store- no answer.

I wrote 'door beside mailbox'. but the stupid chinese driver drove straight past and spent 20 minutes looking at every other door. Dominos is pretty average food but they are efficient.
