The order had missing items; no chips...and no meat patty on the summer sunset burger. The sweet chilli chicken burger was cold and soggy - a complete disappointment.

My order never turned up. Your driver admitted delivering it the wrong house and not being able to get it back. He then marked my order as delivered and turned off his phone. Your online customer service option is completely useless. I am disgusted with this service

Food was fresh and tasty and it was about 35mins from ordering to door. All that was requested was taken off but the additions to one burger forgotten and was it was a bit dry (chicken). Hence some points taken off, the rest was lovely and delivery time surprisingly quick.

ordered 12 chicken bites got 11 the bag could have been sealed better with the middle section so no hands can reach in bag not sure if stor shorted me or driver
