The order arrived an hour after it was picked up cold and soggy. The driver had his tracking off during this time and only turned it on when he was close by. He said “oh sorry about the wait” knowing full well what he was doing.

The driver was informed of the address by the restaurant after I realised my address was defaulted to my work address. And he delivered it to my work place address even after the restaurant wrote it in large writing on the bag and also told the driver. And he refused to deliver it to my address. I use menu log quite a lot, but if my issue isn't resolved I will change to door dash or uber eats. It was a $120 order. So angry is an understatement.
