Tandoori is a unique oven used in Northwest frontier (Indian) cuisine. All our tandoori dishes are marinated overnight and cooked in an urn-like pot made of clay. This seals the meat and retains it's own natural juices with a characteristic char grilled flavour. All dishes served with mint chutney and side salad as garnish.

Biryani, biriani, biriyani, buriyani, beryani or beriani is a rice-based dish (usually using Indian basmati rice) made with spices and chicken, mutton, and vegetables. The name is derived from the Persian word berya (n) meaning “fried, roasted”. It originated in Turkey or Persia and brought to India by Muslim travellers, merchants and Mughal. It was one of the most famous dishes in the kitchen of the Mughal Emperors. It is very popular in South Asia and is a key element of the South Asian cuisine.
