disgusted would be a simple word. never allow this delivery person to deliver my meal again. as captured on CCTV, this woman walked into the hotel foyer and dumped the bag on a public table, the meal was not delivered to the reception desk, was not offered to anyone and was not photographed as delivered or anything, it was simply dumped and she ran off. and this is "delivery" that you want customers to pay for??? when we pay a delivery fee then that's what we want... delivered, not dump and run.

I have ordered food from Guzman and Gomez previously and it was good. This time when I received it, the food was cold and dry. I won't be going back again.

I paid extra for sour cream and didn’t get any, the taco was very soggy and watery so couldn’t eat it as it just fell apart. Looked like it had been sitting in the bag for too long. The burrito bowl was very small portions of everything so wasn’t filling and the order said it would be here at 9:45 and didn’t arrive till after 10pm - disappointed

Again - MenuLog drivers leave our food out on the street and don’t buzz our apartment. Forgot food contamination or the potential for it to be stolen, but they ALWAYS jump dump it on the street. Not happy!
