Was later than first expected when ordered…. We were advised of time difference but one of the people we ordered for had to travel and missed out on their food. Food was amazing!

It did not arrive and my husband checked every house on our street! I asked for a refund and we were waiting for over two hours for the matter to be resolved. We should be given a voucher for the delay, lack of communication and time spent having to resolve it. I had to advocate for just a refund!!! Good customer service means that in addition to a refund, we should have been offered a voucher! We are long time customers! Disgusting and disgraceful customer service
