I was hosting a work function and had organised to have pizzas and burritos delivered at the same time, the pizzas arrived on time but the burritos were one hour late which was a disaster from a catering point of view. Ordered AM so no excuse!

The courier stole my food. He came all the way to my driveway, sat there, and then drove away. I got a refund but I was so annoyed.

When we ordered it had a 30 min eta, then kept getting pushed back, after an hour and a half I cancelled as my 10 year old was starving and the restaurant we were ordering from is a 10 minute walk. Pitiful- We won’t be using Menulog again.

The food come like 1 and a half hours / 2 hours late. I tried to cancel cause the store was apparently closed so I ordered elsewhere and then it was on its way? half hour after the store was closed? So now we have cold as food. The chips are as they were sitting there in the cold for half an hour before the where picked up. The cheese was SOLID!!
