Delivered to old address. Requested an alternate / update. Basically Tols not Menulog issue. This is not a GYG issue. Menulog need better customer service. Very reluctant to use them again

Never showed up it says delivered I walked all around my neubour hood to try and find it and it was no where to be seen and when I asked for help they said there’s nothing they can do unprofessional

I would like to see the delivery driver take photos to prove they delivered the order, or have a policy that they at least check to see they are delivering the order at the correct address.

Delivery was late. Very late from the initial time we were given. By the time it arrived, the driver left it outside without knocking on the door. And the inside of the bag was like a hurricane. Chips everywhere. Then when i refilled the 2x chip packages, one was completely empty. Unsure if 1x chip packet was eaten on the way or if it was just half filled.
