    Delivery driver didn't ring either of the doorbells and just left the food outside resulting in it being cold before I realised it had arrived

    There was an error with my address. I contacted the restaurant but unfortunately it needed to be through Menulog. I contacted Menulog via phone, email and through the app. Menulog did not and still have not confirmed or acknowledged my attempts to reach out. The driver even tried to help me but was unable to due to Menulog. Extremely dissatisfied with Menulog service but can guarantee that GYG would have been impeccable as it always is. So the mail was returned to the store and more than likely destroyed, very disappointing.
