It was stone cold on arrival, the chips were limp and cold that I threw them out. I tried warming the burrito but it stayed cold in the centre. Very poor guys

I ordered at 12:48pm and my order arrived at 2:46pm which is almost 2 hours late. The menulog app said my courier was at the restaurant and he was there for 1hr 45 mins and it doesn’t take 2 hours to make and deliver mini nachos with queso. I was disappointed when I received the order as it was very cold and the avocado was brown on the top which insinuates that it was left out for ages. I am quite annoyed with menulog and their driver on this order.
