Paid extra for jalapenos and sour cream, didnt get either. Container was half empty. Zambreros is 10x better

We placed our order before 11 and we didn’t receive it until 12:30, so we waited almost over two hours for nachos and fries which shouldn’t take long. I had to call gyg twice and request a driver twice on the app. The food was cold and soggy when it arrived and the gyg staff did not apologise for the wait for the food. It tasted bad and wasted our time.
