The restaurant had my order on “thanks for ordering” for 45 minutes, then it took another 30 to get a driver. The food showed up fine but not great 😞

I placed an order at 12:25pm, delivery time was 40mins. I didn’t receive my meal until 2:30pm - over 2hrs later. On the app it took 30 mins before my food even started being prepared and over an hour at the preparing stage. The delivery driver was an acceptable time once picked up. Unfortunately I won’t be ordering through the app again, when it takes so long for food to be ready from the store. The store obviously doesn’t care about orders through this service.
