The order was never delivered. The help support person contacted at Menulog said something I have heard before from support staff “your phone number did not match and the driver may have contacted you” since number doesn’t match, we can’t give you a refund” this is total BS. I have always ordered from this phone and app. I ordered 4:30pm and I waited till 6:20. When it did not arrive, I went to pick it up from Guzman. They informed me the driver just left with order. But food still not delivered.

Received the complete wrong order and wasn’t able to contact the delivery driver at all because it had been marked as “delivered” and they had sped off before I could open the bag (I had tipped them by the way which I wish I could take back). Was a bit of a process to try and figure out how to contact someone to help me (restaurant didn’t help at all) and was sat waiting with the wrong order for 20 minutes. Very dissatisfied with this service. At least I was able to get a refund.

Horrible service. Ordered GYG at 3 pm havent arrived yet and it shows that it was ordered. We could not find it anywhere

I have ordered many times before from GYG and they were good but this time around the rice was undercooked in both the dishes I had ordered. Hard to eat something like that. Disappointing. Next time will order from a different Mex restaurant.
