Courier marked order as delivered but no food or courier was seen, and the AI help chat was no help at all. Still trying to get a refund. Terrible service.

We received brown rice instead of white rice as requested in our bowls, which was also very undercooked. We also did not receive our sour cream and there was 0 seasoning on our chips. Food was cold and the chicken was burnt. Not good experience and would appreciate a refund.
