Order placed just a before 4:20 recieved ar roughly 6pm. In the order I added “extra guacamole and sour cream” and it came with no sour cream or guacamole at all…

Not happy with the quality and quantity of food I received.. was definitely not worth $30 of food. The chicken was cold and barely any food in the bowl. Corn chips were also so dry,

Order was not received. It was marked as delivered shortly after saying it was out for delivery. We live 15-20 mins away so there’s no way this was delivered anywhere close to our house. I walked up and down the street and can confirm it was not delivered to any of our neighbours. Getting help from Menulog to resolve this issue was tedious. Hard to find how to resolve. The chat process was manual and there was no shortcut or notifications to keep me up to date on the status.
