It took the driver 30 minutes to deliver when the drive is 8 minutes. Delivered it to the wrong house. Missing an entire burrito and large fries.

Our food arrived and the ice creams ordered were completely liquid, and the food was cold. Disappointed because we ordered last week and had a great service/delivery, but this time we were less fortunate.

This is getting beyond ridiculous! Every time I order Guzman through Menulog, it never runs smoothly. This time, not only was my food 30 mins late, but the food is cold and my queso is missing. I don’t understand how this is so hard!
