zero stars. lied about intercom not working so I came downstairs 32 weeks pregnant and left 2 children crying upstairs alone - I tested the intercom and it worked fine. i paid for a door delivery. my having to go and get it myself, unable to go immediately meant we ate late

it's clear that the bag had been prepared in advance and left sitting under a heat lanp for ages as all the food was soggy and the bottle of soft drink was about 50 degrees and therefore completely undrinkable

Worse and worse with every order. Didn't even receive the food today and the support chat on this app is unbelievably bad.
