DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!! THEY WILL NOT ADD ANY EXTRAS THAT YOU PAY FOR, REFUSE TO ANSWER THEIR PHONE TO SOLVE ORDER ISSUES & AND BOTH TIMES I’VE ORDERED FROM THEM THE FOOD HAS LITERALLY BEEN INEDIBLE & WENT IN THE BIN! GYG IS A GREAT BRAND WITH AMAZING FOOD, BUT THIS STORE IN PARTICULAR DEFINITELY DO NOT BELIEVE IN LOOKING AFTER THEIR CUSTOMERS NOR SUPPLYING FRESH, QUALITY MEXICAN FOOD. PLEASE AVOID BUYING FROM HERE, THEY SHOULDN’T BE IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Ordered Nachos, left a note specifically asking you not to forget the extras I paid for but as usual NONE of them were added. No Sour Cream, Chipotle, Habenaro, Chicken was so burnt it was charcoal & inedible so I threw it in the bin. Tried calling your store from 11:30pm-12:00am but no-one answered, then your voicemail allows 5 seconds of recording before getting hung up on. Tried calling again today but same story, you don’t answer & I’m left with 5 seconds of voicemail, DISGRACEFUL SERVICE!!

Flavour at GyG Stafford is comparable to most other stores, however, 8 times out of 10, you can forget receiving the 'extras' for which you pay extra. My last 2 orders from this store have been incorrect for that reason and I'm tired of parting with my hard-earned cash for no reason.
