Wow. What a thoroughly disappointing experience. Order that usually takes 45 mins on Uber eats took over two hours. Yep. That’s a more than twice as long. Spoke to customer chat who offered a 10% refund for next order. There will not be a next order. Asked for a 50% refund (as we wanted the food still) but no. To top it off, driver shows up and calls, refuses to get out of the car even after we said to drop it at the door, and then hands the food out of the passenger window. All round awful.
