Over 2 hours to arrive. When it eventually came it was cold and couldn’t even eat it. What a waste of money!!!

Not impressed by the time taken. Didn't start cooking order until I walked into the store at the estimated collection time. Got served my pre-ordered foot 10 minutes after people who walked in and ordered at the counter.

ordered a family size pizza, but got a smaller size. menulog would not provide voucher or partial refund. i am very disappointed about that, however the food was very nice
