The only issue is you cannot proceed with a coffee order unless you select sugar or honey. I don’t have sugar in my coffee so have to add an additional note which they don’t always see.

I’m really disappointed that I waited 2 HOURS for my order to get here, the bacon and egg rolls was cold and the bread was hard as it was made hours ago.

Terrible delivery, the driver delivered a smashed bag of slop not the $50 order requested. What a disappointment, had to settle and order something alternative then having it smashed into a soup has actually frustrated me.
