Delivery was made and left behind the door without ring door bell to advise us if delivery and not even the tracking info showed it was delivered, so when we realised, our food was cold

The owner Sam rang me to say my order couldn't be made as there was an issue with the oven. I should have a credit of $27, but nothing showing. I have been charged for the order. Please advise.

Extremely late. Called twice and they blamed that they had lots of orders, even when I scheduled delivery. Then the order was wrong.

Very ordinary pizza, the first time purchased from this shop. Half hour late.
