Thursday 26 December 2024only giving one star as there isn't a zero option. this is ridiculous. the app says it's been delivered (after waiting for nearly an hour) when I didn't get it. time wasters.

Saturday 02 November 2024ridiculous! I waited for an order that I made at 7:23pm and I only get it at 8:54pm. During the process, the ETA constantly change from 7:50pm and kept adding up. I reached out while waiting and the customer service told me that it has updated and gave me an exact time of 8:41pm. Thus I reach out twice to seek a bare minimum compensation for having a customer to be the one baring all the wait. I did not get anything and got both my chats ended without heads up.

Monday 28 October 2024The driver did not even ring the bell and just left the food outside and we didnt realised till 30mins later and the food are all cold and soggy!!!!

Saturday 27 July 2024I ordered at 6:30 and my food was not delivered until 9:30. all my food arrived cold. I will not use menulog again unless I am refunded.
